Hillsong Worship Readies New Live Album "Open Heaven/River Wild"
Hillsong Worship is preparing to release a brand new album! The new project titled Open Heaven / River Wild is set for global release on October 16th.
Open Heaven / River Wild was recorded live at this year's Hillsong Conference in Sydney. "We pray this album will reach and impact the lives of many as they worship under an #OpenHeaven," the team shared.
This brand new album will be their 24th live album. Their albums have been released by the record labels; Hillsong Music, Sony Music, Integrity Music, Epic Records, Columbia Records, and Sparrow Records, The group has seen eleven albums chart on the Billboard magazine charts, where their have been placements on the Christian Albums and Heatseekers Albums charts, while those were for For All You've Done, God He Reigns, and Mighty to Save.
Their albums, Saviour King, This Is Our God, Faith + Hope + Love, A Beautiful Exchange, God Is Able, Cornerstone, Glorious Ruins, and No Other Name, have charted on the Billboard 200 and Christian Albums charts.
Their preceding album No Other Name was named after the 2014 Hillsong Conference. It peaked at No. 2 on the ARIA Albums Chart and has since been certified gold by the Australian Recording Industry Association for sales exceeding 35,000 copies. Both "This I Believe (The Creed)" and "Broken Vessels (Amazing Grace)" have charted into the Christian sect of iTunes top 40.
