HTC One M8 is a very high quality smartphone that comes in a 5.0-inch screen frame with pixel resolution of 1080 x 1920. Adreno 330 covers the GPU segment of HTC One M8 while Desire 816 is provided with Adreno 305 GPU emulator.

The internal storage of the Desire 816 offers 8GB of space while One M8 comes in two variants of 16/32GB of internal storage. The storage option is expandable to 128GB of space with microSD card slot for both the devices. One M8 leads the RAM slotting with 2GB of RAM while Desire 816 is powered by 1.5GB of RAM.
