'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles': Quick And Easy For Altman, Steal For Parnes And Harris; Plus Episode 11 Sneak Peek, Spoilers And Latest News
It is an interesting season for Josh Altman, James Harris and David Parnes. Savvy Josh Altman did a fast one with a quick smooth sale that happened in less than an hour. According to Altman, real estate business is unpredictable. Some deals would happen in a short period of time, like minutes or so, while some will take years. Realtors never know what to expect. Fortunately, in the latest dealing of Altman things went pretty well. Katie, Altman's client, was ecstatic with the 16.5 million dollar real estate she and her husband recently acquired. The bonus, according to Altman, is that he made good friends while doing his job.
Meanwhile, James Harris and David Parnes had some hard time with an important buyer. Harris and Parnes had to use an important commodity in the real estate business - patience. Aside from scouting the best property their client would love. According to Harris, hunting for the right property in the Bel Air area for Zach Vella and Michelle, his fiancée, was not an easy task. Zach, a developer himself, wanted to buy a house on wholesale basis. He knew what he wanted and fortunately the two agents were able to comply.
Parnes added that patience is important for both the client and the agents. Getting the right property is a trial and error work. After two tries, they hit the jackpot. The couple showed interest in the Stradella real estate, with its fantastic view, location, privacy feature and unique style. Zach also wants to add his personal touch to the property. Knowing they had the deal, Harris and Parnes did everything possible to make the 'steal' come true. At the end of the day, the couple got their dream house for 11.5 million dollars.
