The first episode started off with Ichabod being trapped in the box. But will he stay there until the end? For those asking how long Abbie might be stuck in purgatory, Len Wiseman, the executive producer of the show said, "We have 18 episodes in Season 2, that's a lot of time to get Abbie out."
What’s new? Creators of Sleepy Hollow Season 2 spoke about introducing new historical characters like the Founding Father. "You thought you knew who Benjamin Franklin was, but wait till you see him interact with Ichabod Crane," Wiseman teased. Some of the new faces in this second instalment include Sakina Jaffrey, who will be portraying Leena Reyes, the town’s new sheriff. Another new character is Nick Hawley, a funny, handsome guy that will be played by Matt Barr.
The second season will also introduce another new comer. The show’s new Horseman, which is said to be tall and muscular, is expected to have excellent fighting skills, with sword as his weapon.
