PS4 2.0 Masamune Update Package Arrives News And Latest Reveals: PS4 2.0 Update Arrives Bringing With It Features Such As YouTube Sync, Refined Home Screen, Share Play And A USB Music Player App
We have the latest for you on the news and latest reveals of the PS4 2.0 Masamune update package. Well this new package designed for the PlayStation console is set to be launched on Tuesday, October 28th, Sony Corp. announced today. They are calling it the PlayStation 4 v2.00 update. Going as per previous developments this is going to be a major move by the company, Sony, as it is its major released update this year for the PS4 console and to that effect they gave it a non-numerical name, Masamune. This is not the first time we heard about this update, news about it leaked in August but it is just recently that we got to learn what exactly it entails, according to Game Spot news.
Well unlike previous times the update will allow gamers to sync the console to YouTube and share videos of their progress while at the same time can stream gameplay's of other gamers in action. Another amazing feature is the 'Share Play' which will allow gamers to engage other gamers who have the remote PS4 as in one can play with them not necessarily for them to be in the same room as you. This is a big step for the company and will draw in more gamers. This update will come with it new theme packs for the PlayStation 4 console that are an exceptional add to the gaming environment. Finally the console update will have in it a USB music player application that will enable gamers to customize soundtracks while they are playing games on their PS4.
Well though not noticeable by the un-keen eye, there are small improvements that the update comes with and one of them is it will refine the home screen of the PS4 console, although it is not to a degree that many would like or expect. Now with this update, the home screen is set to display 15 most played games on the console and apps, with the remainder of apps and games being displayed in the library section. Also the app will come with new ways one can add PS Plus games top your account without necessarily initiating a download and a "Players you may know" area in the what's new section.
