'The Good Wife' Season 6, Episode 6: Just Right Behind the Enemy; How Did Each Character Gives Justice to their Roles? [RECAP]
"I don't like pretending to be someone I'm not." This is the famous line of Alicia Florrick during the midway of sixth episode of season 5. Her companion asked her sarcastically, "Really? You are good at it!"
Alicia is not longer anyway pretending. During the episode last Sunday, Alicia have proven that she was finally ready to do anything that she intends to do and what is right to do in order for her to win the race as the State's Attorney. While she is so relaxed of pretending that her marriage relationship is happy as well as she believes in God.
Season 6 "Old Spice" episode of "The Good Wife" wanted to show a lot of angles here: Marriage life/relationship, career, obligations, responsibilities, love, and competition to name a few. The great thing here is that actor and actress able to deliver the lines and the story plot most especially in a way more than the expectation of its viewers. Meaning to say, it's flawless!
Overall, "The Good Wife" is unequal especially its ability to show not just the plot of the story but its 'meat' or 'jist' making the series very relevant to our lives nowadays. Anyone can relate to it and they can just say, "ahh yeah it really happens."
Cary on the other hand was grounded because of his juvenile behavior. His punishment is stop communicating Kalinda which is not a very good idea and hard for him.
Another thing is the flirting thing between AUSA Perotti and Elsbeth. The latter is actually considered as the strength for the show, if she'll be using her character well enough. There were fans who love Elsbeth, in fact they cheer for her especially during the last episode in which she outfoxed Perotti finally.
On the other hand, Diane had her victory as well as the retaking of Lockhart Gardner office. Alicia created very emotional scenes during his season, giving justice to her role as the lead star like Alicia kissed the ring that Pastor Jeremiah is wearing.
