House of Cards Season 3 Premiere Date and News: Highly anticipated Netflix series Slated for February 2015; Plus Jenna Stern and P---- Riot Joining the Cast
The American political drama House of Cards has been renewed for a third season and there are a lot of surprises for the upcoming season.
House of Cards news includes having Jenna Stern, from Law & Order, joining the cast. She will be featured as a recurring character in the show. Stern is about to enter Frank Underwood's shady politics and corruption environment.
At the moment, the cast and crew are out filming in Washington DC for some "higher government seats" scenes. The drama is getting intense by the minute and we wonder on what sort of intrigue will the House of Cards Season 3 bring.
On the contrary, Maryland would still be the primary location for most of the scenes. In fact, Kevin Spacey was seen filming some scenes at a Maryland cemetery.
House of Cards Season 3 plot will expand forth to the subject of Russian relations. And because of this, Russian feminist punk group, P---- Riot, with members Nadezhda Tolokonnikova and Maria Alyokhina, who will be portraying themselves come Season 3.
House of Cards Season 3 cast will be headlined by veteran actors Kevin Spacey as Frank Underwood and Robin Wright as Claire Underwood. The show is created by Beau Willimon. The show is an adaptation of BBC's mini-series of the same name and is based on the novel by Michael Dobbs.
