The Hobbit 3 Movie, the Making of "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies", Peter Jackson on the Movie's Climax, the "Defining Chapter" of The Hobbit trilogy
The final chapter of Peter Jackson's trilogy - The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies is about to have its movie adaptation. The Hobbit 3 movie will follow where the previous movie left off; we will see Smaug and other various forces attack Laketown in order to claim the hidden treasure of the Lonely Mountain. The third part of the trilogy is already known as the "defining chapter", and there will be new elements in the film adaptation.
As new additions to the movie, Sauron will be introduced, and get to see the earlier days of The Lord of the Rings plot. This means that the third adaptation of The Hobbit will serve as a conclusion to Baggins' adventure, while also being a sort of prequel to The Lord of the Rings. We will see how Sauron rose to power.
Posters and banners for the third adaptation came out, showing the characters of the upcoming Warner Bros. movie, and so far they're very encouraging. After releasing character posters and banners, Warner Bros. went on to reveal more character scenes from the movie, giving bits and pieces of teasers every now and then.
Talking about the 45-minute fighting scene, as in the movie's climax, Peter Jackson shared, "There's a lot of logistics that have to be thought through. We have dwarves and men and elves and orcs, all with different cultures, with different weapons, and different shields and patterns and tactics".
Paying attention to details, and thinking about the audience, Jackson said, "We have a rule that we're not allowed to go more than two or three shots of anonymous people fighting without cutting back to our principal characters. Otherwise the audience just ends up with battle fatigue".
