'Hobbit 3 Battle of Five Armies' Release Date: Spoilers on Thorin Oakenshield
When it comes to movie trilogies, there are not many that can stand against the success of the hobbit's journey. Although a lot of us will relate and weigh this success in terms of money and box-office numbers, "The Hobbit" trilogy is way beyond that because of the way it has connected with the audiences across the world. With every story piece, Peter Jackson has presented something special.
Now the fans gear up for the release of next installment titled "The Battle of Five Armies", which will release on 17 December 2014, and ask questions about what happens next. It is difficult to imagine how JRR Tolkien would have written the story almost a century ago, which has been entertaining generations story lovers.
As for the spoilers are concerned, Smaug will soon die according to the book and treasure will be in hands of those 13 dwarves and our very own Bilbo Baggins. However, soon a battle will brew amongst the mightiest races of earth, which includes Dwarves, Elves, Men, Orcs, and Wargs. Every army will be looking for its share in the treasure but it is difficult to say what happens next in here.
As for the rumors on Thorin Oakenshield, it is true that his character actually dies without technically being the Kind Under the Mountain, a privilege that passes to his cousin Dain. However, there are other rumors that suggest Peter Jackson doesn't want his story that way and will possibly keep the character alive as his chemistry with Bilbo Baggins is an important and emotional part of the story.
Things will definitely get difficult in this "Lord of the Rings" prequel but with the hobbit having his ring, he will definitely manage the way around this battle. But, will Bilbo Baggins influence the outcome too? Will he smoke pipe in his garden once more? Will Gandalf live after what we have seen in the promo?
Meanwhile, it is believed that most of the work on this final installment is over and soon the editors will get the final cut ready for the release all across the world.
