'Bond 24': Daniel Craig Is Still In; Lea Seydoux & Dave Bautista Joining In
James Bond fans are very excited to know anything about the upcoming treat. With the working title "Bond 24," this film will mark the series' 24th installment. In 2013, Daniel Craig was officially announced as the "agent 007" still, but this will not be his last "James Bond" movie because he's also signed-in for the 25th movie. The crew of "Skyfall" will, also, be returning with Robert Wade, Neal Purvis and John Logan as screenwriters; and Sam Mendes as the director.
While this movie's plot is still under wraps, other details about the film began to come out in the past weeks. In fact, according to Cinemablend, the entire team is on their pre-production work, already.
Location: One of the most prominent trademarks of "Bond" movies is the exotic location where the protagonist gets to save his girl and outwit baddies. MI6, the James Bond fansite, predicted that this next treat will shoot in any of these countries: Morocco, Rome or Austria.
Cast: Joining Craig are Naomi Harris, Ben Whitshaw, and Ralph Fiennes. Daily Mail has also revealed that all actors are to rehearse their individual scripts in November 2014 as filming is to commence on December's first week.
Bond Girl: Penelope Cruz, who's been recently awarded the "sexiest woman alive" was previously rumored to play the role. However, Lea Seydoux will play the Bond Girl role this time. Seydoux was in "Midnight in Paris," "Robin Hood" and "Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol".
Villain: Dave Bautista of the "Guardians of the Galaxy" is going to play the role of "Hinx", a character likened to most classic Bond villains. This detail was first revealed by the Latino Review, who made mention that Bautista will be perfect for the role.
Theme Song: With the overwhelming success of Adele in her rendition of the song "Skyfall", it has already been reported that Daniel Craig is courting the phenomenal singer to do the "Bond 24" OST, also. However, there have been ongoing rumors that it might also be sung by Sam Smith because initial reports have confirmed hat Adele didn't agree to the plea.
"Bond 24" will be released in theaters on Nov. 6, 2015.
