When it comes to the virtual city of Gotham all that comes to mind is its sole protector Batman and his gadgets. DC comics brought the hero to life which has led the hero to appear in movies, video games, comics and even toy makes. The video game developed by Rocksteady studios is one of the most successful game in the industry in regards to the genre. Their latest addition to the franchise is Batman: Arkham Knight which is set to be released to retailer's next year 2015, according to Air Herald news. The game has become well performing in terms of both sales and reviews. To keep fans agitated there have been several announcements made on what the game will entail and what fans expect.
The game is an action adventure game that involves Batman's pursuits to keeping the streets of Gotham free from super-villains. It is reported that the game will launch for consoles that is Xbox One and PS4 console in 2015. The storyline of the Batman game is set to take after the previous 2011's Batman: Arkham City that saw the death of the main antagonist, The Joker. It was a major success as it gained a huge fan base making it widespread, diverse and among the most played games during that time. The developing studios released some screenshots of the game revealing that the game will engage Batman encountering new Villains who are eager to fill the void left by the Joker.
Rumors are still speculating around the identities of these new villains that are going to feature in the franchise. Some of the villains expected in this new addition, Batman: Arkham Knight are, The Riddler, Harley Quinn, Two-face, Scarecrow and Penguin. All of these are well, known by Batman fans all over. As this might be the case, rumor has it there will be a new villain that batman will have to take on. The only information revealed about this new mysterious super-villain is that he/she has an A on their chest. Could this be the perfect Joker replacement? Well we will have to wait and see.
