'Mortal Kombat X' Release Date and Character List: Revealed Details
When it comes to gaming, not many classics are able to stand against tough competition and changing technology for a number of reasons. However, it is not too farfetched to say that games like "Mortal Kombat" are immortal.
Many fans know of this two decade old game as one of the most brutal fighting games back in the 1980s, even when technology was not so advanced. Although it has been missed for so many years, NetherRealm Studios finally decided to revamp the complete series and come up with something extraordinary. The makers of this game have joined hands with Warner Bros. Home Entertainment to build on the classic plot and come up with X.
According to Latin Post, developers and testers are busy perfecting the characters but it will only come out sometime in mid April. Though not a lot been said about the character list on "Mortal Kombat X", Ed Boon teases fans every now and then of what they can expect next year. Quite obviously, the rumor mills are hot publishing every bit of information on these characters, but none of these seem to provide anything definitive.
It is safer to assume that IGN has the most concrete pieces of information on these characters coming next year. According to IGN's list, Goro, Raiden, Quan Chi, Hanzo Hasashi, Kotal Kahn, Cassie Cage, Kano, D'Vorah, Ferra & Torr, and Kuai Liang are definitely renewed for the game.
As many of the gamers already know, Goro is from outer world with four hands and known for his special fighting skills and Dragon Fangs. Raiden is a god and master of many fighting styles including Judo and Jujitsu. A hammer is his special weapon.
Quan Chi is another special character in this game popular for his Spiked Mace and fierce looks. Hanzo Hasashi or Scorpion is one of the popular characters also found on the cover of "Mortal Komabt X." He turned into a wraith from human form and fights with a Ninja sword amongst the other weapons of his choice. Many fans consider him to be the most powerful and influential character in the upcoming game.
