Ezra Miller Is The New "The Flash": Will It Be Worth Watching?
DC Comics and Warner Bros. are slowly filling out their big screen Justice League casts and one of the most surprising is Ezra Miller as "The Flash". Ezra Miller will now play the live-action film of Barry Allen.
When Warner Bros. conducted their earning's meeting, Wednesday, its chairman Kevin Tsujihara who revealed that they'll be making a feature movie of one of their comic book superheroes and it will star the actor of the "Perks of Being a Wallflower".
First to reveal Miller was The Hollywood Reporter, featuring that "The Flash" is getting its very own film in 2018. It's important to take note that this date is, actually, a year after the "Justice League Part One" by Zack Snyder will be shown in theaters; however, "The Flash" wasn't mentioned if he'll be included in the all-star film, also.
This, definitely, is an interesting decision by Warner Bros. because this is not the first "Flash" movie news we've been hearing in the recent weeks.
Ezra Miller, a 22-year-old actor, is still on his way in the success ladder of the film industry; however, he has already provided solid works since he started a few years back. He was able to impress millions of audiences and critics with his disturbing role in 2011's "We Need To Talk About Kevin," The Coming Soon reported. In 2012, he received numerous positive acclaims for his portrayal of the character Patrick in the adaptation movie "Perks of Being Wallflower." Recently, he has worked with Amy Schumer on Judd Apatow's "Trainwreck"- a comedy treat that's airing next year.
We have known that Gal Gadot, Ben Affleck, and Henry Cavill are playing Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman, respectively, while there are ongoing rumors that suggest Ray Fisher and Jason Momoa will play as Cyborg and Aquaman. Still, there are a few other names which haven't been revealed yet.
The rumored "The Flash" movie, still, does not have a director or writer as of today; however, you could be sure of one thing as early as now- this is the kind of a project that's worth patronizing.
"The Flash" will be in theaters in 2018.
