Windows 10 Release Date, Preview:"Technical preview" of Microsoft's windows 10 is available for everyone!!
As we all know, Windows 10 is the next version of Microsoft's operating system. On September 30th in San Francisco, the Executive Vice President for Windows, Terry Myerson introduced Windows 10. Because Windows 8, which was a touch centric Operating system and not that appreciated by the users, Windows 10's operating system can be expected to respond to the weaknesses of the Windows 8.
According to the sources, Windows 10 will be the first Operating system that is capable of running on all available gadgets, from personal computers, to smartphone, tablets, and even wearable gadgets like the smartwatches ."Technical preview" of Microsoft's windows 10 is currently available for everyone; anyone interested can download and try it for themselves.
The corporate Vice President for the Operating Systems, Joe Belfiore promised to deliver better experience without necessarily changing how people use their computers. "We want Windows 7 use rs to feel like they upgraded from prius to a Tesla, but they don't need to learn a new way to drive," he said. Here are the new features, which can be seen in Windows 10 while The Windows 10 Technical Preview:
Windows 10 will have keyboard and mouse-adaptive screens. It will be made very customizable to give the user full control, so that he/she can organize tasks and apps in a painless way according to his/her preference. Windows 10 allows quadrant layout interface with which a user will be able to run four apps at once. The user can even work on all of them at a time without minimizing any of them.
The return of the Start Button is something noteworthy, so from now on, start button will display programs on live tiles not only on a PC but even on a smartphone.
Windows 10 will also have an unified app store. It will also feature improved search and file management. Windows 10 actually focuses on improving multi tasking and informing the users about the apps that are open, how much battery are they consuming and how their performance is. The multitasking feature is familiar to the users who are familier to Mission Control in OS.
The official release date for the Windows 10 is yet to be announced but a pre-release version of the latest operating system from Microsoft named the Windows 10 Technical Preview for PC has already been launched by Microsoft on Monday, 6th October. Go ahead and try it.
