"American Horror Story Season 4: Freak Show": VIDEO Spoiler of Dot Tattler and Sarah Paulson
Cordelia played by Sarah Paulson in the "American Horror Story-Coven" season finale was crowned as Supreme. Now in "American Horror Story Season 4" FX's horror series with a subtitled as "Freak Show" Paulson, 39 years old will be playing the role of Dot Tattler and Bette. They are the conjoined twins having two heads.
The conjoined twins would be the main attraction of Jessica Lange as Elsa Mars who runs freaky circus. The co-creator of "American Horror Story Season 4: Freak Show" Ryan Murphy said that Dot Tattler and Bette might possibly have some dark scenes here.
During the interview with "Entertainment Weekly" Sarah Paulson admitted and confirmed that her characters will be having dark scenes and that ended speculations about it.
"When they're [Bette and Dot] discovered, Elsa in a way, even though it may not appear to be that in the beginning kind of saves them from what may befall them because of their dark deeds," she added.
In the opening, Elsa seems like offering Dot Tattler and Bette a better opportunity in order for them to escape the fate they have. However, Paulson chose not to reveal where Elsa rescued Bette and Dot Tattler. There is this brief video in which you'll get the chance to see and indicated the introduction of the conjoined twins and Elsa in the hospital.
As we know Dot and Bette are sharing common body, yet they see things differently. Their minds and hearts have own desires and are not the same actually. In the same interview of EW with Paulson she said that Bette is very innocent while Dot's character wants to go to darkness. In regards to the relationship of the twins to Elsa, Sarah Paulson shared to EW, "it's more reminiscent to me of Jude/Lana, certainly between Dot and Elsa. For Bette, Elsa is the "most glamorous thing that she has ever seen."
"Bette is such an innocent. There's so much wonder in her. It's a very different kind of relationship," she continued.
The "American Horror Story-Freak Show" premieres on tonight, October 8th, 2014.
