It's still a few years before 'The Amazing Spider Man 3' full movie gets released to the theatres, but many can't seem to wait to know what will take place in the film. One of the most recent news about the film development is the possible appearance of Shailene Woodley as The Amazing Spider Man 3's Mary Jane Watson character. Shailene Woodley's scenes during The Amazing Spider Man 2 were cut due to schedule conflicts with the actress' film 'Divergent'. Since The Amazing Spider Man 3 2016 movie release date has been bumped to 2018, it is possible for her to make a comeback as Mary Jane as she would have finished Divergent before its 2016 release date.

Among the other stars who are being rumored to make a comeback in the film is Emma Stone. According to some theories, she may reappear in the movie as Gwen Stacy if the makers will be taking it out of a page from the comic book. If so, The Amazing Spiderman 3 villain would be Jackal, Gwen's professor who fell in love with her and created a clone of her. There are also other theories that her appearance on the third film might be that of a dream sequence. Still, the rumored Spider Man 3 plot is yet to be confirmed by the studio.
