Telltale's "The Walking Dead" for Xbox One, PS4 Release Date: Will it be Released in 2015?
Recently, it has been reported that 'The Walking Dead of Telltale' will launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Oct. 24. Both Seasons of the zombie series will be accessible as digital and physical releases on the same date. In addition, the episodes of video games will be back in this third season. Earlier this month, Kevin Bruner, the Telltale president and Robert Kirkman, the Walking Dead comic creator confirmed previously at San Diego Comic-Con. Story details and release date on The Walking Dead Season 3 were not divulged. In addition to, the Telltale Games has Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones on its plate.
For next year, The Walking Dead's 3rd season has been announced, but it is more likely unavailable until 2015. Well, it is going to be good news for Microsoft because the latter needed high sales badly to boost its console granting that both the PS4 and Xbox One began dueling last November. According to Sony, the company has trumpeted ten millionth PS4 sales in August and that Microsoft has been calm about the sales figure of Xbox One since they reached five million marks in March.
According to Phil Spencer, the head of Xbox, Microsoft, the market is full of opportunities to catch and there are still millions and millions of gamers out there with different demands. Even though the Chinese government has lifted its veto in January, the possibility of selling came with prohibitions. Every gaming hardware sold in China needs to be manufactured in Shanghai Free Trade Zone. In other words, Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony have to modify their chains of supply or simply create a whole new one to join the competition.
The Chinese government has always been concerned over their simulated violence, thus aims to approve each game individually. For Xbox One, there are only ten titles available on Sept. 29 during its launching in Chin. Unfortunately, the popular and in-demand megahits-Titanfall, Halo, Call of Duty, Destiny- were not included. The teasers include Zoo Tycoon, Powerstar Golf, and Naughty Kitties, initially a free-to-play game in iPhone.
