Author and Adventurer JT Mestdagh Shares Inspiring Journey in New Edition of "No Bad Days"

JT Mestdagh, motivational speaker, endurance athlete, philanthropist, and author, releases a new edition of his powerful memoir, No Bad Days: Turning Your Biggest Challenges into Your Greatest Opportunities.
No Bad Days chronicles JT's remarkable life-from being born with VACTERL syndrome and undergoing hundreds of surgeries, to living with severe dyslexia, and ultimately becoming a source of inspiration for thousands. Against all odds, JT not only survived but thrived, embracing a life of faith, adventure, and purpose.
In this updated edition, JT invites readers to reflect on their own journeys and discover how adversity can become a catalyst for growth. Through faith, mindset, and an unshakable belief in purpose, JT has transformed his greatest struggles into tools for transformation.
JT's extraordinary accomplishments include summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro, racing through the Grand Canyon, and competing in elite Rocky Mountain biking events. In 2024, he and his friends completed the Benedict 100-a grueling 100-mile Aspen-to-Vail skinning challenge-to raise funds for the JT Mestdagh Foundation, which has contributed over $500,000 to children's charities. The foundation focuses on literacy, family support, and empowering youth through education and community.
Interview topics include:
-
Overcoming Adversity through Resilience and a Positive Mindset - Navigating life with a rare medical condition and hundreds of surgeries.
-
Living and Thriving with Dyslexia - From struggling with words to writing books.
-
Lessons from Adventure - What extreme challenges taught JT about perseverance and identity.
-
