'American Horror Story' Season 4 New Trailers: Scarier than Ever
It's now October and this marks the start of a new installment for Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story anthology series, the "Freak Show."
An 'American Horror Story' Season 4 New Trailer has been released recently through Buzzfeed on Tuesday showing Sarah Paulson playing as a conjoined twin role as "Dot and Bette Tattler." What's interesting with the fourth installment is that, it brings back some interesting casts in the series.
A full length first real footage for the forthcoming season is focused on Dot and Bette's appearance at the show that seems really terrifying! Dubbed as "Opening Night," it shows a brief foreword to the world of circus while Bette and Dot narrates.
Bette and Dot a conjoined twin has two heads but has the ability to think and act as two individuals. They are new character in the show, which is managed by Elsa Mars (Jessica Lange).
Other stars on the said episode include Frances Conroy as Gloria Mott, Kathy Bates as Ethel Darling, Emma Roberts as Maggie Esmerelda, and Angela Bassett as Desiree Dupre.
'American Horror Story' Season 4 New Trailer also includes the appearance of the show's main villain, 'Twisty the Clown' who is not happy to see the arrival of the show in town.
"Opening Night" also tackles about how people perceive the professional entertainers just like the performers in the circus show.
The initial episode of the season shows that the performers who are so often regarded as 'freaks' by the people will do everything to please the viewers.
The fourth season takes back Jessica Lange, an award-winning actress to appear in her fourth and final role in the American Horror Story. Lange plays as 'Elsa Mars', the one running the freak show in the 1950's in Florida.
The trailer for the season four also shows main characters including Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates and Emma Roberts. New faces will also be seen in the trailer including John Carroll Lynch (Body of Proof) as Twisty, Wes Bentley (The Hunger Games), and Michael Chiklis (The Shield).
American Horror Story: Freak Show is set to air on Oct. 8, Wednesday, at 10 p.m. on FX.
