A Walk Among the Tombstones Release Date: Novel Adaptation Of Lawrence Block's A Walk Among The Tombstones

Liam Neeson is back in the game and he is once again doing what he does best, thriller motion pictures. Action and suspense are the things to expect on this upcoming US film A Walk Among the Tombstones. This is a novel adaptation of Lawrence Block's A Walk Among the Tombstones. The title itself could already give you chills so wait till you see what it is in store for its viewers as it is going to be directed by Scott Frank. Big names are behind this movie project like Danny DeVito as one of its producers alongside Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher.

Director Scott Frank turned Block's novel into a screenplay and the audience could expect a lot of action, suspense and more mind numbing moments because you would literally have no idea what could happen next.

The story is about Matthew Scudder (played by Liam Neeson) who is this NYPD officer hired by a drug trafficker Dan Stevens (played by Kenny Kristo) to help him rescue his wife who was kidnapped. Just when Scudder's character is getting some great results, he didn't know that he is about to be involved in one of the greatest police chase of his life.

This movie is R rated because of the many adult contents so we don't require this to be seen by the whole family. Lots of scenes involve cussing and nudity so it is definitely something only adults should watch. The violence in the movie is very much celebrated from all the drug trafficking scenes and the kidnapping one. Nevertheless, if you are craving for some real action and plot twists, this movie is going to be the one that you are looking for. This opens on September 19 so mark that calendar and prepare yourself for some real action.
