OS X Yosemite Public Beta 3: Available Now for Developers and Beta Testers
Apple has been in the headlines lately with its release of the iPhone 6. It is creating buzz again with the release of the new OS X Yosemite Public Beta 3. On September 15, developers were given the green light to download the Developer Preview 8. Public beta testers were also able to download Public Beta 3. Both of these can be accessed through the Mac App Store.
It can be recalled that the public beta program of OS X Yosemite started in July. By August, the second version was already released. This shows how fast Apple is updating their Operating System.
People who have the OS X Yosemite Public Beta 2 need not worry as they can just easily go over to the Mac App Store and check for updates. The OS X Yosemite Public Beta 3 will be available there.
This new OS X Yosemite showcases a better integration among Apple devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It can even be hoped that the Apple Watch can be integrated successfully as well. Moreover, new applications are added into this new OS enabling it to allow the device to have better functionality.
Although no official word from Apple as of yet, it is generally expected that the OS X Yosemite will be released for public use sometime this fall. Also, the possibility of the iOS8 and OSX being released at the same time is very high. To look into it, these releases are mere tips of the iceberg as Apple hints of more products in development. October is proving to be another busy month for the company.
