It is anticipated that the Nexus 6 will have a 5.2" screen panel. The screen will have a QHD display and a resolution of 1440 by 2560 pixel, (565)PPI. The phone's design will borrow a lot from its predecessor phones. It will have almost the same design of the Moto X+1.
Reports have it that the Nexus 6 will sport a powerful processor. The processor is a 2.6 GHZ quad-core Snapdragon 805. It will also have a RAM of 3GB matching any high end device in the market. The Nexus phone will have an Android L operating system that will be much faster and has a much smoother performance. The phone is most likely to be backed up by a 2500 mAh battery capacity to help run the device.
The Nexus 6 will be equipped with a 13 megapixel rear camera with a 4KUHD video capture. This will be supplemented by a 2.1 megapixel front camera. The Nexus 6 just like the new modern high-end devices will sport a Fingerprint Scanner biometric technology. This will be used to unlock the device and other security logins.
The Nexus 6 is also rumored to be launched with IPS certificating. This means that it will be both water and dust resistance. Other features are wireless charging, document, photo and video editing tools among others. The sensors include gyro, accelerometer, barometer and compass.
The Nexus 6 is expected to be launched sometime in October and despite all the great features it will possess, it is expected that it will be quite affordable just as its predecessors. For now we can only rely on speculative reports since there is yet no official word on the phone from Google.
