Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Official Release Date: March 25, 2016; the New Batman Ben Affleck Seen at Masonic Temple Detroit for a Batman v Superman Shoot

Zack Snyder's upcoming Man of Steel sequel Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is set to be released on March 25, 2016. This time, popular actor Ben Affleck is taking the role of Bruce Wayne, our favorite DC Comics superhero - Batman, while Henry Cavill will reprise his role as Clark Kent or Superman - our other famous DC Comic superhero.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is surely getting a lot of attention as the two of the world's most popular superheroes are going to star together in the upcoming DC Comics movie!

Here's a little spoiler. Last week, Ben Affleck was seen shooting a scene of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice at the Masonic Temple in Detroit. For the movie, a large kitchen within the Masonic Temple (usually a reception hall for special events) was made into an MMA fighting arena and bar. In the said scene, people are seen betting on the fighters, and Bruce Wayne walks into the arena to also make a bet. The people start questioning the presence of Bruce, but Bruce gives a simple remark, "I'm kind of a night person", and starts talking to a person at the bar.

That said, the sequel movie introduces Superman's arch-enemy, Lex Luthor, Wonder Woman and Aquaman. Jesse Eisenberg takes the role of Lex Luthor, Gal Gadot is going to be the Wonder Woman, and Jason Momoa is going to be the Aquaman. Other movie casts include Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, and Holly Hunter.

For the time being, Ben Affleck only tells us through the New York Times that the upcoming movie "is really unique to the genre and really smart".
