Samsung has recently confirmed the Samsung Galaxy Alpha release date as September 12, 2014 in UK, as per the sources. It may well be coming to other countries later in few days. The big talk about the release date is not its release date but the release of rival Apple's iPhone 6 a few days earlier. Everyone is curious to know who will win the hearts of the customers. Though, both of them have their own loyal customers. It is mainly about who will pull the customers from the other end.

Much is talked about the new Samsung Alpha recently. It is said to be dressed in 5 colors viz Charcoal Black, Dazzling White, Sleek Silver, Scuba Blue and Frosted Gold. Samsung has not declared this yet officially. So let us see what is new in Samsung Galaxy Alpha. The main feature of interest this time is the introduction of new fancy metal frame. Samsung will be finally replacing the plastic frames with designer metal frames.

Samsung is trying to keep itself top in the competition by providing customers with the most stylish designs, superior build quality and premium features. This is no doubt Samsung's first metal frame smartphone, and one that will be competing against Apple's iPhone 6 this season. It is said be ultra thin with a size of just 6.7mm. Rumors predict that the new smartphone may have QHD resolution display. Speaking about the price, nothing can be guessed yet. Definitely, it will match the competitors nevertheless.
