Fond of wearing watches? Watch collector? Or you just love wearing one? Here is a perfect modern watch for you and for our advance generation. Samsung Galaxy Gear is a smart watch that is perfect for an active lifestyle. Samsung Electronics is now introducing its 2nd smart watch, The Samsung Galaxy Gear 2. It was unveiled last February 22nd of this year 2014 and was officially released on the 11th of April 2014.
Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 has a sleek premium design that is both perfectly functional and sophisticated at the same time. This smart phone carries with it amazing features that surely won't make you regret having one. It can be used as an extension of your Galaxy phones via Bluetooth. Wherein you can answer or reject phone calls using the watch and can even receive or read messages and replying to them through voice command as well. You may also personalize your wallpaper by using the default wallpapers that is already available at the settings option or capture a perfect picture you desire using the built in camera of the Gear 2. Not only that, you can also use this smart watch to control your electronic devices such as TV. Via IrLED or the embedded LED Infrared sensor, you can control the volume or change channels of the TV and once you're tired watching you can just turn it of using the Gear 2. For an active lifestyle Galaxy Gear 2 includes a built in heart rate sensor that is perfect for you daily exercise routine. You can set your smart watch to the exercise you're going to do for the day and it will provide you the progress you have made. Adding to its feature, you can also use your Gear 2, to listen to your favorite music, by connecting it to Bluetooth headset and you may add songs from your mobile phone as well. Unlike the first Galaxy Gear, Gear 2 had provided a home button for easier usage that you don't have to use the back button over and over. Also, you can change its strap with 3 colors to choose from. They have Wild Orange, Charcoal Black and Gold Brown that may fit your everyday outfit.
Not like the 1st Galaxy Gear, Samsung Galaxy Gear 2, uses different software. The original Galaxy Gear uses Android operating system and now Galaxy Gear 2 uses Tizen. Tizen is a Linux Kernel based operating system that is co-developed by Samsung. Now you can download applications using the Samsung Apps faster.
With all that said, it is truly accepted in our generation that devices such as Galaxy Gear 2 smart watch can absolutely make things easier for us. Technology is upgrading year after year for peoples innovative future.
