"Scroll of the Winans," A New Animated Series, Celebrates Gospel Music's Royalty

5-0 Studios London, in collaboration with Michael Winans Sr., a member of the renowned Winans family, proudly announces the launch of Scroll of the Winans: A Journey with Asher and Isaiah, a faith-based animated series that brings the rich legacy of the Winans family to a new generation.
The series is inspired by the forthcoming seven-part film series Thankful, which chronicles over two centuries of the Winans family's journey from enslavement to becoming gospel music royalty. With more than 50 Grammy Awards collectively, the Winans family has profoundly influenced gospel and contemporary Christian music.
Scroll of the Winans reimagines this legacy through the eyes of two 11-year-old boys, Asher and Isaiah Winans, offering a fresh perspective on the family's history and values. The series is complemented by a 12-volume children's book collection, Isaiah - Walking with the Winans, further expanding the family's narrative across multiple platforms.
Michael Winans Sr., serving as executive producer, emphasizes that the project's focus is not on fame but on faith and covenant. "This was never about fame," Winans states. "It was about a covenant. One family. One name. And the God who never let go." His sentiments are echoed by LaShay Whitt, CEO of 5-0 Studios London, who highlights the series' mission to inspire and educate young audiences about the importance of faith, family, and perseverance.
The animated series is part of a broader multi-platform creative vision, including the Thankful film series and the Isaiah children's book collection, aiming to honor the Winans family's legacy and inspire future generations.
Scroll of the Winans is set to premiere in 2026. For more information and updates, please visit www.scrollofthewinans.com.
