Sam Bowman Releases New EP "Legend of Max"

Sam Bowman drops new EP Legend of Max today on DREAM Records. Available everywhere music is digital sold, the song was both produced and written by Sam Bowman. The 5-song EP is the culmination of a string of digital singles leading up to the release with his new song "Daybreaker" also releasing today.
"God is a God that wants us to know Him. Not only do we get to know Him through His world that He made, but we also get to know through His Word. Psalm 19 depicts Christ as the one who, like the sun brings light to a dark planet, brings light to dark hearts. That's worth celebrating!" - Sam Bowman
Featuring songs like "Your Eyes" and "Oh Wonder", the EP has already received solid support with retailers having landed on Spotify's All New Christian & Gospel and Pop for Life, Apple Music's New In Christian, Amazon's Rogue and Christian Alt, and Tidal's Get Uplifted: Christian Pop & R&B. Sam shares the story behind the EP.
"Legend of Max' is named after my dog, Max- and for the title of a whole EP, that's not a super crazy backstory, huh? That's the catch, though- there isn't much I could add to the story of a project that's better than God's Word itself- and that's the entire theme of these five songs. I sure hope this little journey through these five Psalms makes it just a bit easier to remember Scripture in times of trouble." - Sam Bowman
Track listing:
- Daybreak
- El Dorado
- Crowley
- Oh Wonder
- Your Eyes

Bowman is a producer, singer, and songwriter that lives in the frozen tundra of Dallas, Texas. He has a deep passion for writing, creating, and pushing tiny buttons that make noises- the latter of which he discovered making beats on an iPad at age thirteen. Most of all, Sam loves using music to tell stories. He believes music was created by God to tell the Grand Story of the human experience- the apex of which is experiencing Christ's love for His people, and love for Christ Himself. However Sam attempts to touch listeners' hearts, or blow their minds, or even make their heads nod in an approving "vibey" sort of way, he's a storyteller at heart that wants his listeners to see Jesus exalted.
