CHRISTMAS WITH THE CHOSEN: HOLY NIGHT is Coming to the Big Screens on Dec 12-17
CHRISTMAS WITH THE CHOSEN: HOLY NIGHT is coming to movie theaters nationwide and in Canada Dec. 12-17, with tickets on sale now.
Experience Jesus' birth through their eyes as CHRISTMAS WITH THE CHOSEN: HOLY NIGHT blends The Messengers and The Shepherd into one special remastered and re-scored story. Plus, a never-before-seen performance from Andrea and Matteo Bocelli highlights seven music performances and two beautiful new monologues.
The special also includes the most fan-requested performances from the previous two specials: Brandon Lake's "Gratitude," Matt Maher's "Hark the Herald Angels Sing," Bonner Family's "How Great Thou Art," Zach Williams's "Go Tell It," One Voice Children's Choir's "What Child Is This," and the "Joy to the World" finale featuring Phil Wickham and Maverick City Music.
"I had the same reaction to the trailer as I did when we first blended The Shepherd and The Messengers together. Tears," said The Chosen's creator, Dallas Jenkins. "This Special captures the joy and meaning of the Jesus story more than anything we've done:"
"Beginning in 2021 with CHRISTMAS WITH THE CHOSEN: THE MESSENGERS, the collaboration between Fathom Events and The Chosen has been both ground-breaking and record-breaking," said Fathom Events CEO Ray Nutt. "The first event in this collaboration brought more than 1.1M+ fans out to theaters - at the time, an all-time record for Fathom Events. With this success, it became clear that there is a huge audience for The Chosen and the desire to share this content with a community. After two additional releases, which saw another 1.5M+ fans go to theaters! We are really looking forward to this new holiday event for 2023."
The Chosen television series began as a pioneering crowd-funded project and has evolved into a global sensation with more than 10 million social media followers. Due to the efforts of the Come and See Foundation, The Chosen is on pace to be the most translated series in history, as the first three seasons soon will be available in 50 languages with plans to subtitle in more than 600.
Season 4 of The Chosen premieres in theaters on Feb. 1, 2024.
