Songs From the Soil Cultivates a Garden of Songs from the UK Church with New Album

Songs From the Soil, which comprises of a collective of worship artists from the UK, launches their self-titled debut album titled Songs From the Soil. Relased via Integrity Music, this project centres around cultivating a garden of songs from and for the UK Church, and was birthed from a desire to hear her sing her own songs again.
The team hopes these songs will encourage listeners to seek their local sound, story and unique part to play in God's great symphony. The new album's lead track, "Send the Rain," encapsulates not only a unified prayer of faith for culture change, but also propels the listeners forward into action. With every chorus chant there lies hope that God will fulfill His promises right where we stand today.
Serving both as melodies of pastoral care and prophetic challenge, these acoustic-led songs encourage the Church to write anew within its local contexts. Filled with emotion and folk sounds, these songs are united by one shared vision: to cultivate beauty in the context of local worship.
