GoPro Hero 4 March 2015 Release Date? Specs and Features Revealed in Latest Installment of Extreme Sports Camera!
In the world of extreme sports the GoPro camera has become a household name. This is mostly because of its ability to work under the most strenuous conditions. As a result, you will see it in the most unexpected places as it defies both earth and water to provide some of the best captured images. There have been a few versions of the GoPro camera which have been released including the GoPro Hero, GoPro Hero 2, and the last version which was the GoPro Hero 3+ released on October 2013. The GoPro Hero 4 release date has been scheduled for March 2015; though the date is a bit ambitious as the previous models followed each others debut by a year almost exactly, so the next version of the GroPro product franchise might be released the fall season as well.
The GoPro Hero 4 will definitely be one of the most sophisticated cameras around. It will be capable of recording video in 4k resolution at a speed of about 1080p at 120fps and 720p at 240fps, courtesy of the new SoC Ambarella A9 chip. The camera will also be available with a 3-megapixel photo sensor as well as a new lens which has the capability to shoot in the dark. The best thing about the GoPro Hero 4 is that one does not have to take graphics and photography lessons in order to use it. The controls have been designed to be user friendly and universally applicable to the best context. The camera is also available with a waterproof housing with a flat lens which enables it to take pictures while under water.
Being an extreme sports camera favorite, the GoPro Hero 4 will also feature some accessories like a helmet mount, bike handlebar mount, as well as a mini tripod. Go Pro has also facilitated an electronic image stabilization facility within the Hero 4 version and this is supposedly one of the main components from now on. It gets better, the presence of built in Wi-Fi will provide users with the ability to transfer any captured images and videos to online storage media. The GoPro Hero 4 is estimated to hit the market at $ 400.
