Triumphant Quartet to tell ‘The Greatest Story’ through their new album
Southern gospel group Triumphant Quartet is readying to release their new project titled The Greatest Story.
Recently, Triumphant Quartet combined of David Sutton, Clayton Inman, Scott Inman, Eric Bennett, and pianist Jeff Stice, posted on their Facebook page part of the lyrics from several yet-to-be released songs.
The Greatest Story will contain a new song “There’s a fountain.” Chorus from the new song “There’s a fountain”:
"There's a fountain filled with blood
Where the Lamb is lifted up
Streams of grace bring forth new life
There beneath the wounds of Christ
Stains of sin are white as snow
In that precious crimson flow
When you need a cleansing flood
There's a fountain filled with blood"
Chorus to "Jesus is the Anchor" written by Wayne Haun & Joel Lindsey says:
"Jesus is the Anchor when your ship just will not float
All the winds and waves forever obey the God who steers your boat
So don't let your heart be troubled
When you see dark clouds roll in
Cause Jesus is the Anchor
So put your trust in HIM"
Chorus to "He'd do it all over again" written by Jeff Baumgartner & Joel Lindsay:
"Jesus carried my shame up Calvary's mountain and gave his life on a tree
He took the nails, guilt, and despair for a wretched sinner like me
He died in my place, now I stand in grace
His blood conquered every sin
And If saving me meant another cross
He'd do it all over again!"
Chorus to "I can't help but smile” written by Scotty Inman & Dianne Wilkinson:
"I can't help but smile
Since I've been saved I realize my life is so much more worth while
When I think about my journey growing sweeter every mile
You know I can't help but smile"
The new album will also contain a cover of the classic song “I’ve got confidence” by Andre Crouch.
Triumphant Quartet will announce the download release date for their new album later today on their Facebook page.
