Junior Garr Releases Second Single from Upcoming EP "New Creation"
Following on from the success of his debut single 'Waters', Junior Garr is releasing the second track from his forthcoming EP on 20th September. 'New Creation' is inspired by a passage from 2 Corinthians 5 which speaks of the old having passed away and the new having come. The song is a very personal piece in which Junior acknowledges his own personal 're-birth' in Christ.
As with 'Waters', this new track is infused with Junior's heart for a multicultural expression of worship, drawing influence from multiple genres to create an uplifting song of celebration. The cover art has been carefully crafted to reflect this vision, and marks the next stage of the EP build, by adding another adjoining chapter to the story of the first single's cover. It's yet another exciting development in Junior's 'The Garden' project which seeks to bring together the earthly with the heavenly.
Junior Garr is a much loved and well respected worship leader, with a strong catalogue of genre-crossing music, a distinctive vocal and a committed following of those who identify with his core value of unity.
'Waters' - out now - is the first single to be released by Junior Garr on Running Club Records, arriving against the backdrop of his previous independent releases and his curated worship gatherings the 'Selah Sessions', highlighting him as an experienced leader in the local church. As he's honed his unique creative artistry, musicianship and leadership over a number of years, he has simultaneously been writing songs which present a genuine picture of his relationship with God.
Junior's heart is for people to see the beauty of God though a multicultural expression of worship. He is set to release a series of singles building towards an EP in late 2019. You can follow his exciting journey at @juniorgarr where you'll be first to hear about the live gig to celebrate his EP launch.
