The song's lyric video debuted just four months ago, and has already received more than two million views at press time. Williams co-wrote "Chain Breaker" with Jonathan Smith and Mia Fieldes. "'Chain Breaker' came from a place of wanting to reach people who are struggling," Williams explains. "It speaks to believers as much as it does to non-believers because we all get to places in our lives where we get lukewarm and we just kind of forget what God's done in our life. The song is very much just the truth of who Jesus is." Thanks to this impactful debut song, Zach Williams continues to grow his fan base, with support pouring out from artists such as Chonda Pierce and Chris Tomlin, to name a few. Tomlin even tweeted, "....So so good. Loving hearing it all over radio. Zach, love your voice and this song." As pictured here, Williams got to thank Tomlin personally for the support - and compare their height difference - when they were both in Orlando last month attending CMB/Momentum.
