'The Voice' NBC Season 6 Mentors Interview with Miranda Lambert & The Band Perry, Watch Here (VIDEO)
"The Voice" Season 6 continues tonight on NBC with the start of the 'battle rounds'. This round has many special turns including each coach bringing in an advisor to help with their teams. Team Shakira has brought in country star Miranda Lambert to help out, who happens to be married to the competition, Blake Shelton. Team Blake has brought in The Band Perry to assist him (watch videos above). Team Adam also brought in adivsor,Aloe Blacc, and Team Usher brought in powerhouse singer, Jill Scott.
The 'battle rounds' are many peoples favorite part of the show with the other great twist with the 'battle rounds' being the steal. The steal can happen after every battle where the loser of the 'battle round' can get picked up by another judge. Many of the 'battle rounds' are so close, that the coach is really just picking with their gut and who can move on and give them the best chance to win. So whoever they pick, the other coaches can all choose to 'steal' the other person. It is a very exciting part of the show.
Adam Levine (Team Adam) is coming off of winning last season (Season 5) and has a very strong team this year so far. Blake Shelton (Team Blake) won three seasons in a row (Seasons 2-4) and is looking to win back the crown. Newcomers Usher (Team Usher) and Shakira (Team Shakira) are on their second season of the show after both being on Season 4. They are both looking for their first win as a part of the hit singing competition.
Tune in to watch the 'battle rounds' on "The Voice" on NBC Monday/Tuesday night at 8/7 Cst.
