Hollyoaks Spoilers, Casting And Reveals: "Shameless" And "Eastenders" Star, Jody Latham Has Been Included In The "Hollyoaks" Cast As A New Bad Boy, Shane
We have some Hollyoaks spoilers for you. Actually, the news made our Halloween. The "Shameless" and "Eastenders" star, Jody Latham has been included in the "Hollyoaks" cast and will be taking the role of a new bad boy.
According to Prime Time, Latham made his marks on the tellyboxes playing Lip Gallagher in the hit comedy series, "Shameless." He will also be taking the role of Shane who turns up in the village as a result of a blast from Cameron Campbell's past. It is not a surprise to the fans as Latham is no stranger to playing the bad guy having committed more than just a little petty crime in "Shameless" before he turned out to be the villain playing as Rob Grayson in EastEnders.
We are now expecting a lot of tension when his guest scenes air in the latter part of next month. The scenes have just been filmed with the hit Channel 4 soap. So far, not much is known about Latham's character. All we know is that he will rock the family life which Cameron (Cameron Moore) is trying to establish with his daughter, Peri (Ruby O'Donnell) and her mother Leela (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) when he just shows up in his village with a bag of below-board cash for his former friend.
However, rather than opting to keep his recently released from prison nose clean, all Cameron saw was using the cash as a way of buying the Lomax house after it goes up for sale following the death of the girl's parents which incidentally happened earlier this year. Things have been set to turn out nasty when Shane gets a bit intense about their repayment plan and forcing Cameron to find out that the actual money isn't what Shane is actually after. All he wants is make Cameron's life unbearable with sparks between the two acquaintances as the storyline progresses. Latham's Hollyoaks debut in the week is set to commence on Monday the 24th November at 6:30pm on Channel 4 or Channel 4 HD. Are you excited about the movie? Stay with us for more news on this and much more.
