The RAM slot is more powerful for Z3 Compact Tablet with 3GB of RAM whereas HTC Nexus 9 is backed with 2GB of RAM.
The HTC nexus 9 memory segment doesn't have the external storage facility where Sony has the provision for expandable 128GB microSD card slot with 16GB internal storage.
