Samsung Galaxy Note 4 vs Nexus 6 : Nexus 6 Has Better Design, Note 4 Has Superior Snapper, Greater Data Storage; Which Phone Answers Your Needs?
Two most prominent smart phone makers, Samsung vis-à-vis Google, have come up with cutting-edge technology to produce the most advance mobile phone devices ever to enter the smart phone markets.
Let us make an objective comparison of Samsung's Galaxy Note 4 in relation to Google's Nexus 6.
According to Inquirer , the Nexus 6 boasts of a 6-in 1440x2560 493ppi display while Galaxy Note 4 has unveiled 5.7-in 1440x2560 515ppi display. On this category, Nexus 6 has the advantage because of its larger display. In terms of resolution, however, both are equal in that regard. Nonetheless, in terms of pixel density, the Samsung phone has the upper hand on that aspect.
Although both phones are evenly matched as far as processing power is concerned, the Nexus 6 apparently got the advantage when it comes to operating system as it is running on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Phone Arena reports that, in terms of design, Nexus 6 has the clear advantage over the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, as it offers superior features in OS, dimension and weight, not to mention that it is splash-resistant as far as ruggedness considerations are concerned.
In the area of camera technology, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 obviously got the technological edge over Google's Nexus 6 since the Samsung phone has 16 mega pixels while that of its archrival is only 13. In addition, the Samsung gadget has added unique features such as voice activation, night mode and self-timer, a plus when sum up all the features together comparatively.
As far as hardware is concerned, their system memory is relatively equal, however, in terms of built-in storage, clearly the Nexus 6's 64 GB is bigger as compared to Samsung's 32 GB. In the category of system chip, Nexus 6 has Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 APQ8084 while Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is fitted with Exynos 5433.
Based on the above considerations, the intriguing questions remain unanswered. Who got the competitive advantage? The answer depends upon the preference of the user or buyer for that matter.
If the user or buyer prefers advance camera technology, then Samsung is the phone to root for. However, if the buyer or user is more keen towards greater data storage, the Google phone is the device custom-made for your taste.
According to International Business Times, the Samsung Galaxy phone has already been launched while the Google Nexus 6 will get its pre-order at the end of October.
