Deadpool Movie Release, Updates and News: Deadpool Coming to Theaters Near You on 2016 but Ryan Reynolds won't be reprising the role and is Rated PG-13
Marvel fans have been clamoring for a Deadpool movie for quite a while now and it would seem that fans will be getting the Deadpool movie release they have been waiting for.
But fans may be let down by the Deadpool movie as it was planned to have a PG-13 rating. Deadpool fans weren't happy with the PG-13 rating and had even gone to Twitter to express their disappointment.
Here's the reason why Deadpool is originally to be an R-rated movie. Deadpool is a popular Marvel comic book character for reasons you'll be surprised to know. A comical but dangerous character, he is often
known for breaking the fourth wall and talking to the reader without disregard. Much more is that he is an anti-hero who is violent, crazy and has a penchant for cursing.
Deadpool was last played by Ryan Reynolds in X-men Origins: Wolverine however that kind of Deadpool won't be coming back according to Reynolds.
However, on the bright side, fans can expect four characters in the upcoming Deadpool, namely Domino, Cable, Bob and Wolverine. Sources explain that Wolverine and Deadpool "go together like fire and water", and that Wolverine should appear in the Deadpool movie, even as a cameo, given that the two will have a fighting scene. As for Domino, the source points out that "she's been a part of Deadpool's life for as long anyone can remember", while Cable is "Deadpool's other half", being the calm and collected one of the two. Lastly, Bob is said to be Deadpool's "hilarious sidekick".
ComicBookMovie reports that the Deadpool movie is set for a February 12, 2016 release.
