iPad Air 2 vs Surface Pro 3: Quick Face-off Of Next Generation Tablet
Apple and Microsoft are just among the tech companies that have been producing contending smartphones just like the iPad Air 2 and the Surface Pro 3. Both of these belong to the tablet category. The Surface Pro 3, the newest flagship of Microsoft that hits has just made a big sale in the market.
Based from the Yahoo, the size of the iPad Air 2 is slimmer compared to the Surface Pro 3. The dimension is 9.4 inches with a thickness of 0.24 inches and weighs 1 pound. While the latter is created with larger display that measure 11.5x7.9x0.36 inches with a 3.0 USB Port and weighs 1.8 pounds.
iPad Air 2 Retina 9.7 inch display has a resolution of 2048x1536 with an anti-reflective surface while Surface Pro 3 has 12inch screen that displays high quality images with its 2160x1440 resolution.
The iPad Air 2 camera is 8megapixel whereas the Surface Pro 3 is given a rear camera with 5megapixel which enables the user to enjoy clearer and better Skyping.
Apple's product additional features are the Touch ID reader, payment system called Apple Pay. More and advanced processor with 64 bit A8X. Meanwhile the Microsoft newest slate has built in stand, Cover Keyboard, and powered by an Intel processor that can run various apps as well as Windows programs.
At 16GB iPad air it cost $499 while the Surface Pro 3 is $799 but you can run the Windows program on it. But if the Apples product will be upgraded to 64GB you have to add $599 which will make the Microsoft's Surface Pro latest edition cheaper.

It says that the Microsoft's latest functional tablet is developed with 216ppi ClearTypeHD, an i5-4300U Haswell Core chipset that can run at a speed of 1.9 GHz, and a 8GB RAM.
