Nexus 9 Release Date, Tablet Price, Specs And latest Reveals: The Nexus 9 Portrays Slight Similarity To The iPad Running On The Latest Android OS, Android Lollipop
We have the latest for you on the release date, tablet price, specs and reveals of the Nexus 9. Google's latest tablet is finally dawning near as the release date is just around the corner. From those who have had an up close look into the New Nexus is described as a nut shell: it's big and it's beautiful. The Google Company has taken in a huge step in its development of a new Tablet. The Nexus franchise took a huge step when they jumped from Nexus 5 to six which revealed to be a successful add, when now the Nexus 9 made its premiere jumping from 7 to 9 which is a huge spike in quality. For those who have held the Nexus 9 have the feeling of how the predecessor felt cheaper well in both quality and in price. Going according to price ranges of the two devices Nexus 9 is expected to cost $200 more than Nexus 7 ($400 vs. $200) and this certainly makes it feel like a pricier device.
Well those who have held the device also noted a slight similarity to the iPad. Yes, it is true that there is no comparison between the Nexus 7 and the iPad as it has 16:10 display. Well now by switching to a more traditional 4:3 aspect ratio, the Nexus 9 by an instant looks a whole lot more like its closest competitor, but it is certainly no iPad.
Since it is not powered by an iOS (Apple's operating system), the new Nexus tablet will come under the flagship of the latest Android version that is Android 5.0 code name Android Lollipop. Many are eagerly awaiting the new Nexus devices to know the interface of the new Android.
The new Nexus has amazing features among which one can now wake up the screen by simply double tapping the screen rather than the usual having to hunt for the power button to unlock the screen as reported by TechCrunch. It is also set to feature a multitasking view that is found on the latest Lollipop OS that is certainly quite impressive specifically set on the tablet interphase. This means that when working on the screen one can put on a video to play while again have another open tab on the same screen.
