Ben Affleck's Body Transformation: What Jennifer Has to Say? Woah! She Feels Like She's Having An Affair

Jennifer Garner has nothing but praise for her husband, Ben Affleck. The actress chatted candidly with Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan, on the morning show, "Live With Kelly & Michael." The candid host Kelly Ripa asked a direct to the point question - Ben's well-toned muscles. Ripa asked, "Does he look just as ripped underneath the costume?"

Garner answered, "You know, he has put on 30 pounds of muscle and he's 8 percent body fat," Garner began to answer. "He looks pretty good. It's a little bit like, 'Whoa, who are you?' It feels like I'm having an affair. But I don't mind, I'm not complaining."

Strahan asked, "Have you seen him in costume?" And Garner said, "Yeah, lots!" She stressed that getting off the Batsuit requires a team. She added, "If we we're in the heat of passion, I would be like, 'Um, let me get a chainsaw."

Once it was announced that Affleck is going to play the role of Batman in the upcoming sequel, "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice," he immediately started going to the gym, and people started noticing the changes in his physique, especially when he ran errands or just spending time with his children.

At the time, when he was filming his upcoming movie "Gone Girl," costume designer, Trish Summerville said that he was trying to keep Ben Affleck at his present size until he's done with filming "Gone Girl." Summerville said, "I'm sure he's working out but I think for him, he's probably a guy that builds up really quickly so I just kind of asked him if he can stay where he's at right now."

In "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice," Affleck is going to star in the film together with Henry Cavill as Superman. In an interview with Jimmy Fallon, he revealed that his kids - Violet, 8, Seraphina, 5, and Samuel, 2 are not really into it - the Batman thing. Affleck said, "If I was doing the sequel to Frozen I would be a hero. My two older daughters could give a sh-t about Batman and they've now passed that affection onto my son. He's always like, 'Papa, can I watch Frozen?' And I'm like, 'No, dude, it's not on again!"
