The CBS crime drama series NCIS: New Orleans has been among the most anticipated series that is to be premiered in the fall of this year. The crime series is one that has grown to attract many fans and has a huge fan base. The exciting experiences of the cast clearly show you that even they believe that this is surely going to be one of the most amazing crime series in the region and the world.
NCIS: New Orleans has been said to be a spin-off of the popular NCIS series and will entail a local field office that investigates criminal cases that are involved with military personnel. The leader of the team working on these cases will be Special agent Dwayne Pride, a role which shall be played by Scott Bakula. The series will portray him as a man who is driven by his need to do what's right. Special agent Christopher LaSalle, which will be played by Lucas Black, will be working with agent Pride. He is shown to be one who plays hard but works even harder. Another agent in the series is Special agent Meredith 'Merri' Brody who is in New Orleans to start over in life after moving from the Great Lakes area office. The role of Special agent Meredith will be played by Zoe McLellan. Finally there will be Dr. Loretta Wade, a role which will be played by CCH Pounder.
Reports have also been received that on Wednesday, September 3rd, St. Bernard Highway shall be closed between Meraux Lane and Edgar Drive to Judge Perez Drive as from 8.30 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. which will be due to the filming of the NCIS: New Orleans. Traffic is expected to be flowing on to Meraux Lane and Edgar Drive to Judge Perez Drive. Large trucks have been issued with a strong suggestion to also follow the Judge Perez Drive. A truck reroute will also happen at Archbishop Hannan Boulevard and Colonial Boulevard to Judge Perez Drive.
In other news, NCIS: New Orleans will premiere on Tuesday, 23rd of September on CBS and we can expect an amazing premier episode that will kick start the beginning of a great season.
