Mario Kart 8 DLC Characters, Tracks, Release Date And Leak: Nintendo's Hit Racing Game Gets Two New DLC Packs That Bring With It New Bikes, Racers And Tracks
We have the latest for you on the characters, tracks, release date and leak of Mario Kart 8 DLC. The Mario Kart 8 is an amazing game by Wii U which is under the Nintendo franchise. The racing game which involves racing karts has won world wide acclamation among the lovers of racing and the game is absolutely very popular. Nintendo decided to make things even more interesting by introducing a new version to the game, version 2.
It is clear that the popularity of Mario Kart 8 has really come at the right time. Nintendo need to capitalize on popularity of this game and ensure that it is maintained at least until the next wave of games on console hit the market in the holidays. The DLC said that there would be two additional packs which would come with four additional circuits.
So here is where Nintendo went wrong in the setup of the game. They decided to put tiles throughout the game to urge you to make pre-orders now. The game's new version now has placement markers for the DLC content to be released in November and May next year. The character selection screen and the circuit selection offer constant reminders that the DLC content is not yet out and that you can make a pre-order now. Otherwise the game itself is excellent. The karts ride well, the display is impeccable. And the new stats screen tells you everything that you need to know about yourself as a racer.
It is great to know that there will be new content coming from DLC and that the pre-order price is only $12, but the mode of advertising is a little bit too annoying. I am sure you might have come across an application that comes with ads. It surely is one of the most annoying things in any application you run, be it on mobile devices or on computers. There are better ways that they would have put this information across without necessarily having to give constant reminders to buy the pre-order content in the game itself.
They surely need to ensure that the popularity of this game does not go down as it is what they rely on right now to make significant sales before the new games are out and they need to ensure that they protect this source of revenue by avoiding such annoying reminders in a game.
