Dan Bremnes Writes Next Chapter With "The Hero," a Four-Track EP, Arriving June 20

Curb Records artist Dan Bremnes writes his next chapter with The Hero, a four-track EP, arriving June 20, 2025. Beginning today (4/25), fans can pre-add, pre-save and pre-order the deeply personal collection HERE.
Bremnes explores what it means to be human on The Hero. Vulnerable and self-aware, the award winner searches for the champion within, bravely probing the things that often hold us back from courageous action as he wrestles with his past and celebrates his growth on the abbreviated, yet powerful, set. From the rock bottom honesty of "Started With You" and the autobiographical nature of "Call Your Name" to the adventurous spirit of "Cortado" and the gentle ease of "Sweet Spot," The Hero finds Bremnes taking stock of all the moments that led him to a place of peace, joy and gratitude.
The Canada native continues to build the playlist for The Hero with today's taste of "Cortado." The vibrant original touches on the singer-songwriter's passion for travel, coffee and new experiences. Like a Polaroid snapshot, the descriptive lyrics paint a romantic picture of the real-life exploits regularly enjoyed by Bremnes and his wife as they traverse the globe. Laced with colorful, tribal textures, "Cortado" pours out the third installment of the forthcoming EP, his follow-up to 2022's critically acclaimed Into the Wild.
After opening for Katy Nichole on the "In Jesus Name Tour" last month, Bremnes will join Jordan St. Cyr in select cities for "The Storyteller Tour" this spring before launching his own headlining run this summer in support of The Hero.
