Cece Winans Announces Christmas Tour with Special Guest Roman Collins
For many, Christmas truly is the most wonderful time of the year! Gather your loved ones and friends to create a night of special holiday memories. Make it a family night out or invite a friend to join in the festive celebration! This yuletide season, fans can look forward to celebrating with multiple award-winning gospel singer CeCe Winans and American Idol contestant Roman Collins. The nine-city tour, Christmas with CeCe Winans, kicks off on December 4 in Reading, PA. Pre-sale tickets will be available on Wednesday, July 24 (pre-sale password: CECE24), and will open to the general public on Friday, July 26.
Winans and Collins' performance during American Idol's season 22 finale sparked significant excitement within the Christian/Gospel community and beyond. Their performance of Winans' chart-topping hit, "Goodness of God," was met with widespread acclaim, amassing over 45 million views on Instagram alone.
CeCe Winans, a 15-time Grammy winner, recognized something special in Collins and saw their collaboration as an opportunity to mentor him and share her years of experience with the next generation of artists.
Winans has this to say about the tour, "Christmas is a wonderful time of the year and I'm looking forward to celebrating with everyone and sharing the stage with my special guest, Roman Collins. He is the real deal. He's sincere about the Lord and singing gospel music"
Winans' latest album, More Than This, (PureSpring Gospel/ Fair Trade Services) continues to top the charts with the radio friendly first single, "That's My King" which is approaching 20 million U.S. streams. The song is also #8 at Mediabase Christian AC and #11 Mediabase Gospel.
