Internationally known rapper Eminem (Marshall Mathers) is now the dad of an official high school graduate. The little girl who was just known to many by his track "Hailie's Song" and fued's between Eminem and his ex-wife Kimberly is finally stepping out on her own.
Hailie Jade Scott Mathers graduated with honors from Chippewa Valley High in Clinton Township, Michigan. She was honored with an Academic Excellence Award and graduated Summa Cum Laude, the distinction is given to students who maintain at least a 3.9 GPA. You can see a picture above that was posted to instagram of Hailie posing in her cap and gown. Hailie, 18, plans to pursue either psychology or entrepreneurship at Michigan State University.
Hailie wrote a publication for her school and recognized the role her parents have played in her impressive accomplishments. Crediting them as "the most influential" figures in her life, she wrote: "My mother and father are because they have pushed me to be the person I am and have given me all the support to achieve what I have."
Scott definitely has stayed busy in high school being listed as member of the National Honor Society, Art Club, Key Club, volleyball and Student Council as her extracurricular activities.
Hailie made news earlier in the school year as she was named homecoming queen in her senior year. You can see a short video clip of her being announced and taking pictures at the football game when she was named homecoming queen.
Eminem must be a very proud parent today.
