Cameron James Releases New Single & Music Video For 'Born To Bring The Light'

DREAM Records is proud to announce the release of Cameron James' sophomore single, "Born To Bring The Light".  After spending time in the studio with producer Rusty Varenkamp (Ellie Holcomb, TobyMac), the two came up with this powerhouse pop track.  This song is about the revealing of destiny from heartbreak.  The powerful lyrics center around her family's unexpected medical challenges and the strength that her faith in God gave her to face those challenges.

Cameron James is a pop artist and songwriter based in Nashville, TN. She is signed to DREAM Label Group in Los Angeles. Her sound can be best described as a fusion of swirly synths, cinematic melodies, and lush vocals. When asked to describe herself and her music, Cameron responds, "Like most people I'm a complex person made up of contradictions, extremes, and tons of things in between. I'm a woman with an interest in facilitating a connection with things tangible and intangible. It is by design that I write songs that breathe heavy with layers...layers of life and heaven.
