Hillsong UNITED, Casting Crowns & MercyMe Nominated for American Musc Awards

The nominations for the 43rd Annual American Music Awards were announced on ABC's Good Morning America early in the week. As far as Christian music is concerned, Hillsong United, MercyMe and Casting Crowns are nominated for Favorite Artist: Contemporary Inspirational.
The 2015 American Music Awards will be broadcast live from Los Angeles' Nokia Theater L.A. on Sunday, November 22nd on ABC and will be hosted by Jennifer Lopez. The AMAs are a fan-voted award show with winners determined by votes cast online as well as via Twitter.
