As the International Business Times have pointed out, the promo of the episode made it seem that Meredith needs more than just a little convincing when it comes to Maggie actually being her step-sister.
According to IBTimes, which was posted before the actual airing of the show, the third episode of the hit TV series "Grey's Anatomy Season 11" will have viewers see Meredith ask Alex and Derek for help. She wants to determine, once and for all, if Maggie is actually a step-sister of hers. Some more details about this task which Meredith planned, saying that she is in for something bigger - learning a fact that she may not really want to know at all.
For fans of "Grey's Anatomy," who haven't been able to watch the third episode of Season 11, TV Fanatic revealed that some major drama has happened when Webber finally made a confession and confirmed to Meredith that he doesn't have any idea about the existence of Maggie. It is possible though that it won't be long until either Meredith or Webber informs Maggie about this lack of knowledge.
