Sherwin Gardner Celebrates Banner Year and Drops New EP

Caribbean gospel artist Sherwin Gardner enjoyed a banner year in 2024. After four decades of singing professionally since the age of five, his Afrobeat, "Find Me Here (Blessings Find Me)," kicked that year off as a viral smash. It picked up 1.8 billion TikTok views, 26 million digital streams, and over 3.2 million user-generated creations.
The song received celebrity shout-outs from the likes of Alicia Keys, influencer Tabitha Brown and Yolanda Adams. Since its release, the song has charted on six Billboard Magazine charts, including the World Digital Songs (peaked at No. 7) and the Gospel Digital Songs chart where it peaked at No. 2.
Gardner has just dropped a "Feel Good" remix (FeelGoodRemix.lnk.to/FeelGood ) with Christian Pop star Megan Woods. He has also just dropped a new EP, Find Me Here. Aside from including the original "Find Me Here (Blessings Find Me)" track, the six-song set features a new version of Elevation Worship's "Praise" as "Praise (Lift Him Up)" with features from CCM artist Jonathan Traylor and rapper Tedashii. Another focus track from the EP is the "My Blessing." The infectious track pairs Gardner with Jamaican worship leader Kevin Downswell and soca DJ Positive for a free-flowing groove that celebrates divine blessings. The song has been programmed on TIDAL, Spotify and he made the cover of Amazon Music's Afro Gospel playlist.

Gardner's career can be tracked back to the 1990s when he started recording. After a series of past hits such as "I Worship You", "Leaning (Lion of Zion)" and "Because of You," Gardner is enjoying his best year of his career thanks to "Find Me Here (Blessings Find Me)." As a result of the song's incredible success, Gardner earned a nomination as International Artist of the Year at the Premier Gospel Awards in London, and a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Caribbean Music Awards in New York City. He was named the Reggae Gospel Artist of the Year by the Kingdom Choice Music Awards. The Antigua & Barbuda Gospel Music Awards proclaimed "Find Me Here (Blessings Find Me)" as Inspirational Song of the Year. Then, the AStepFWD Awards in the United Kingdom nominated him as Inspirational Artist of the Year alongside CeCe Winans, Maverick City Music, Tim Godfrey and Brandon Lake. Gardner is looking forward to what 2025 will bring!
